Generally we like to use the top of the line Sherwin-Williams paint with any interior or exterior house painting. We use Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint and Duration, as well as their Urethane paint on trim and doors. It's not cheap, but a high quality paint makes a big difference in how long your house painting will last. It also plays a big role in how nice it's going to look. Trying to save money using cheap paint never works. Low quality paints will not last as long, and will require more material to be used than high quality paint. If you're trying to save some money on materials we can also stand behind a job completed with BEHR paint . This paint is less expensive but still very high quality.

Pre-Paint Preparation
It won't make a bit of difference how good your paint is, if the surface it is applied to has not been properly prepared. Surface preparation is just as important (if not more so) than the actual quality of paint being used. If the surface to be painted requires repair work, it is important to get it done correctly. Exterior surfaces should always be pressure washed prior to painting. We use a quality soap designed for pre-paint preparation that kills mold. As an added bonus screens are removed and cleaned, and windows are brush cleaned during the pressure washing.
Peeling paint that has not been removed will be scraped and sanded. We apply a generous amount of quality adhesive caulk. This will help seal joint lines, cracks, and window areas, as well as greatly improve the look of the final finish. We spend more time preparing the surface for paint than most painters. This an important quality that sets apart from the competition.
Protection of Surrounding Areas
